That Brand offers an easy 2-day exchange policy to our customers. All products go through quality control before shipping. We ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED.
Exchange Policy –
- We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- Refunds are applicable only in case of lost or damaged shipments.
- Exchange is accepted if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
- For any exchange process started due to the customer not liking the product (i.e., the exchange is not due to damaged product), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE –
- Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at [email protected] with their order number and product picture.
- Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
- Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for exchanged items (due to not liking the product, but not due to any damages) will be borne by the customer only.
- Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per That Brand policy.
- Product must be unused and not tampered with to be eligible for exchange.
- It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
